Laura Khouri has just been named as one of CRE’s 2024 Best Bosses, following on the heels of being named one of 2023’s Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate by GlobeSt. Ms. Khouri is President of WNPM, a professional property management firm overseeing an $8 billion multifamily portfolio, comprised of 22,000 apartment units located throughout California and Nevada. Ms. Khouri is responsible for the overall operations of the management and strategic direction of the company.
Ms. Khouri joined WNG in 1985 and prior to assuming the position of President, she held numerous leadership positions specializing in HR, Training and Development, Risk Management, Purchasing, and Investor Relations. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, was a previously licensed Insurance Agent/Broker in six states and served as President of the Board of the statewide California Apartment Association representing 50,000 owners.
Ms. Khouri was honored was a recent recipient of the Robert A. McNeely Trailblazer award presented by Rise Financial Pathways. Philanthropically, she is an Advisory Board Member for the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute, was the former Chairman of the Board of Laura’s House, a non-profit organization assisting women and children of domestic violence, the former President of the Board of Directors for the Prentice School, a school for dyslexic children, a Board Trustee of Chapman University, and was a member of the Alexis De Tocqueville Society of the United Way of Orange County.
Ms. Khouri resides in Orange County with her husband, Michael Hayde. Together, they have five grown children.
