Mr. Sparks joined Greystar in 1998, and has held various positions within Greystar. Mr. Sparks has been closely involved in all aspects of third party property management, development and construction, renovation, acquisitions, refinance, dispositions, workouts, and the asset management of approximately 18,000 residential units (i.e. conventional multi-family, student, and senior housing) across all property types (i.e. garden, low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise) with a capitalized value of approximately $2.4billion. Presently, Mr. Sparks is the Managing Director of Development for Greystar’s D/FW region. This region has developed approximately 7,000 units since 2010. Mr. Sparks received a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Economics from Texas Tech University.
