Kurt Stuart is the Managing Director for the Northeast Region (including New York, Boston and DC) for Chase Commercial Term Lending (CTL). Kurt leads a team of over 150 people and is responsible for loan originations, strategic direction and the financial performance of CTL’s Northeast Region Multifamily loan business.

Kurt joined Chase in 2015 as the Regional Sales Manager for CTL’s Southern California multifamily lending business where he led a team of 18 sales professionals. He began his career at GE Capital where he spent 10 years in a variety of corporate finance and commercial real estate roles ranging from originations to asset management.

Kurt received his Masters of Business Administration from University of California-Irvine and Bachelor degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Kurt lives in Connecticut with his wife and six year old triplet sons.
