Kimberly Sperry is a Managing Director at RangeWater Real Estate and is the regional partner for Colorado and Arizona where she is responsible for sourcing and managing development & acquisition opportunities.

Prior to RangeWater, she spent 20 years at Amstar Group where she led a U.S. investment unit and was responsible for sourcing new investments across all platforms in multiple geographies. Her responsibilities included acquisitions, joint venture structuring, construction and development oversight, asset management, and dispositions. Her portfolio included multifamily, industrial, hotel, and office properties. She also served on Amstar’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Amstar in 1998, she was a Vice President with the real estate workout division of First Interstate Bancorp.

Kim Sperry serves on the ULI Platinum Multifamily Product Council, is co-chair of the Colorado Multifamily Product Council, serves on the International Advisory Board for the University of Colorado Real Estate Center, and is a member of National Multifamily Housing Council and the Downtown Denver Partnership.

Kim holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado where she majored in Finance. She also holds the CCIM designation. Kim lives in Denver with her husband and three kids and enjoys skiing, running, hiking and tennis.
