The Orden Company is a privately held real estate company. As Managing Director of Multifamily Development, Kimberly oversees all multifamily, ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities for Orden and helps shape their multifamily strategy.

Prior to joining Orden, Kimberly founded 4Terra Investments, a multifamily development company, with three other partners. While at 4Terra, Kimberly acted as President, overseeing all multifamily and mixed-use development in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

Before 4Terra, Kimberly was Group Vice President for Archstone, responsible for all development in Los Angeles and Ventura counties; a consultant for Oliver McMillan, where she supervised multifamily opportunities in the southeast and southwest; and a partner with Trammell Crow Residential where she sourced and managed multi-family development opportunities in the Los Angeles.

Kimberly received her MRED degree at the USC School of Policy and Planning, her law degree from the University of Miami and her undergraduate degree from Emory University. Kimberly lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband and two children.
