As Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, Kieran is responsible for the planning, acquisition, development, management, disposition, and security of all employee occupied and operational real estate for Nationwide. Kieran leads a team of over 300 associates, managing a portfolio of 110 facilities nationally encompassing over 7MM sf.

Kieran has over 25 years experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management in the healthcare and financial services industries. Kieran joined Nationwide in 2002 and assumed his current responsibilities in October 2009. Prior to Nationwide he served as a Vice President for Bank One’s Corporate Real Estate Group. Prior experience includes healthcare facilities management and support services management for several hospital systems in the Philadelphia area. Kieran holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA., and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland.
