Kiel began his career in real estate as an analyst for several private multifamily investors in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has experience ranging from analyzing projects for acquisition to overseeing full repositions of small to large projects in California, Washington, Ohio, and Oklahoma. Kiel’s strengths include financial analysis, due diligence, leadership, and team development. With Allied, Kiel oversees a portfolio of properties ranging from brand new lease ups to existing product undergoing full renovations. Kiel is the 2019 President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and maintains a Washington State Brokers license.
