Kevin is a Managing Director on the Acquisitions team, he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investments in Florida and West Coast markets, which includes deal identification, market and comparative property analysis, financial modeling, property due diligence and capital structuring. Additionally, he develops and maintains relationships with existing and new operating partners.

Kevin was with LEM from 2017 to 2020 as a Senior Associate before relocating to South Florida to take a role as Vice President with Duncan Hillsley Capital, a commercial real estate investment firm. He previously worked as an Analyst with Radnor Property Group and CBRE.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
