As the Founder and a partner of APTVEST, Kevin’s role includes overseeing future corporate trajectory and all forward-facing activities including investment initiatives along with asset oversight and asset reposition mandates.

Kevin has been in the multifamily real estate industry for more than 10 years. Previously having worked at two national real estate investment sales firms (Marcus & Millichap and Apartment Realty Advisors now Newmark), Kevin gained valuable experience in acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity, private and corporate partnerships, corporate structures, and portfolio sales. He has been closely involved in over $3 billion of multifamily investment transactions.

Kevin has a Master of Jurisprudence in Wealth Management from Texas A&M School of Law. Kevin is married with three children.
