Kevin joins RCM from Related Management Company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Western US property operations. In his six years with Related, Kevin managed a diverse portfolio of affordable and market-rate properties and led through a large internal growth cycle that included 14 acquisitions, 17 new developments leased to stabilization, 15 rehabilitations, and the successful operational integration of the Aimco affordable portfolio of 40 properties and nearly 7,000 units in July 2018.

Prior to Related, Kevin spent seven years at GE Capital. His first four years were as part of the GE Real Estate North America Equity Investments business acquiring institutional assets across the United States, and his final three years within the internal GE Corporate Leadership Staff program where he completed three diverse global leadership appointments in multiple GE Capital businesses with roles in varied functions such as operations, risk management, and business development.

Earlier in his career, Kevin worked for his family’s construction business executing large-scale contracted rehabilitation work for institutional multifamily assets throughout California.

Kevin received his MBA from Rice University, and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
