As executive director of investments, Kevin is responsible for leading the Greystar Investment Management business in the United States and Latin America. He oversees a team of investment professionals who focus on the acquisition and execution of rental apartments through a series of investment vehicles with institutional clients. Kevin is responsible for capital relationships, investment strategy, acquisitions, execution and dispositions. He has led the acquisition and execution of over $10 billion of multifamily properties for Greystar. Prior to joining Greystar in 2006, Kevin was a senior consultant with Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Advisory Group and a CPA in the state of New York. Kevin received his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a bachelor of science in business administration degree in accounting, as well as a master’s degree in professional accountancy from the University of South Dakota. Kevin is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Silver Council.
