Kevin Guibara has managed and repositioned Apartment buildings on the San Francisco Peninsula since 2006. Handling the Acquisition, renovation and ongoing leasing for these projects as a principal. Kevin has specialized creative use of Apartment spaces, using renovations and furnishings to maximize revenue. Kevin Operates Silicon Valley Real Estate Investments as the Investment Partnership for Investing in Silicon Valley Apartment buildings and Millennium Flats, which is the tenant facing leasing company. Kevin grew up on the San Francisco Peninsula and has lived here since. Kevin attended Menlo School and graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Legal Studies.
