Kerry Salter oversees the Multifamily portfolio of Rose and third-party-owned properties. Her focus is on operations with a commitment to service and resident satisfaction.

Kerry joins the Rose team with more than two decades of experience in high-end multi-family property management. She has directed expanding operations and portfolios across various markets, with expertise in New York City. Kerry works closely with each building, while also onboarding training and recruiting in efforts to optimize the level of service Rose buildings offer. Her experience and skills exceed ownership objectives and is active in opening new buildings.
