Kendrick Askew is Managing Director of Multifamily Investments, the multifamily investment division of Kennedy Wilson. He is Co-Head of Acquisitions and Dispositions, with a focus on select west-coast markets and the Pacific Northwest. He manages relationships with select separate accounts and joint venture equity partners.

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Mr. Askew was a Vice President at Pacific Urban Residential and oversaw acquisitions in their corporate office in Palo Alto, CA. He also worked at CBRE and Voit Real Estate Services as a broker specializing in investment properties throughout Southern California. Throughout his career, Mr. Askew has closed over $2 billion of multifamily acquisitions.

Mr. Askew earned his Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
