As Senior Vice President of Konover Residential Corporation (KRC), Kelly Kilham leads the operations, marketing, and financial performance of the company’s expanding portfolio, which currently includes more than 7,500 residential units.

With over 20 years of experience in all facets of residential property management and operations, Kelly brings a deep understanding of the industry and a track record of delivering strong results. She has held numerous leadership roles throughout her career and is widely respected for her strategic vision and commitment to excellence.

Kelly is the immediate Past President of the Connecticut Apartment Association’s (CTAA) Board of Directors and continues to serve as Chair of the CTAA Advocacy Committee, where she plays an active role in shaping housing policy and promoting industry standards across the state.

Her professional achievements include multiple honors, such as the CTAA Regional Property Manager of the Year and Property Management Company of the Year awards. Kelly also holds several industry certifications, including Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Credit Compliance Professional, and Certified Apartment Manager.
