She has a strong track record in business development, property renovations, and enhancing international engagement. Previously, Kelley held the role of Managing Partner at Sky Management Corp where she demonstrated her diverse skills in property management, operations optimization, and strategic development. Kelley holds a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and has studied International Studies at the American University of Paris. Her skills encompass property management, budgeting, leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
