Katie began her multifamily career as a leasing professional in 2006 and has held every position from leasing professional to Director of Operations. She holds expertise in developing budgets, generating comprehensive reports for clients, overseeing successful property integrations, executing strategies to improve NOI, conducting detailed marketing analyses, implementing management systems and other technologies to enhance operational efficiencies, creating effective leasing and resident retention strategies, managing renovation projects, and training and mentoring associates. Prior to Bellaire Multifamily, she worked for HSC, Riverstone Residential Group, Greystar, Avenue5, Lincoln Property Company, WMF, and Winstar Properties. Katie has overseen a diverse portfolio from Class ‘A’ new construction to multi-million-dollar value-add renovation projects. With her varied experience which includes Class ‘A’ multifamily, new construction, retail, and large-scale renovation projects, she has been instrumental in helping her clients develop strategies for strengthening revenue growth and ultimately improving asset values. Katie brings her unique perspective and vast experience as a founding partner to implement and streamline property operations.
