Kamyar Shabani is a Principal and Co-Founder of Optimus Properties, LLC, an opportunistic real estate investment firm focusing on the acquisition and redevelopment of retail, multi-family, medical office and office assets. Kamyar oversees all aspects of the Company including acquisitions, dispositions, investor and lender relations, and general investment strategy planning. Kamyar has proudly served in a number of leadership positions for a variety of charitable organizations. Kamyar possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Kamyar received a degree of Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law.
