Kairee Tann is Senior Vice President / Director of Innovation and Community Impact overseeing the development and implementation of portfolio-wide policies and programs in Sustainability, Innovation and Community Impact. As part of the Asset Management Team, Kairee plays a key role in asset acquisitions due diligence, conceptualizing new and value-add projects and establishing Company procedures and best practices. With over 20 years of commercial construction management experience, Kairee excels at bringing key stakeholders together to optimize results on every project. Kairee joined the Swig Company in 2016 as Senior Project Manager of 300 Lakeside and oversaw the successful completion of its repositioning and sale.

Kairee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.
