Justin Pelsinger is Chief Operating Officer of Charney Companies. He brings extensive experience in project management, investment analysis, underwriting, and equity/debt structuring. Prior to joining Charney Companies, Justin was a Senior Associate with GFI Development Company and an Analyst with Moin Development Corporation where he managed over 500,000 square feet in development projects throughout New York City.

Justin was honored as a recipient of the Commercial Observer’s “Top 30 under 30 of Commercial Real Estate”. He has authored numerous industry-focused publications and has spoken on issues relating to real estate development at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
