Justin Anstey serves as the Senior Director, Head of Capital Markets for Stoneweg. As the Head of Capital Markets, Mr. Anstey is responsible for leading all the capital formation efforts of the company, including joint ventures and fund vehicles for the acquisition of existing assets and development projects, through various sources, including institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Additionally, Mr. Anstey oversees all the investor relations functions of Stoneweg. Mr. Anstey brings nearly 20 years of investment management experience to his position and has been involved in over $3 billion of real estate transactions during his career. Prior to joining Stoneweg, Mr. Anstey spent nearly a decade at Veritas Investments, having last served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, where he focused on the firm’s various capital raising initiatives. Mr. Anstey also previously held investments roles with United Growth, SB Capital Group and iStar Financial. Mr. Anstey holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management (BSM) from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
