Julie Bauch serves as Head of Capital Markets at American Landmark. Julie has executed over 40 strategic and corporate finance transactions on behalf of real estate clients as an investment banker and has been involved in approximately 20 private equity and real estate private equity fundraising, co-investment offerings, and secondary transactions in her capacities as a placement agent and principal.

Prior to American Landmark, she was a partner and Head of Real Estate Investment Banking and US Real Estate Project Management at Mercury Capital Advisors where she partnered with and provided strategic advice to fund sponsors, including American Landmark, to assist them in raising capital from institutional investors. Prior to Mercury, Julie served as Managing Director and COO of BlackRock Global Private Equity. She was also a Senior Principal with Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity and a Director in both Merrill’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group and its Global Real Estate Principal Investments group.

Julie received her BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and her MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of PREA’s ESG Taskforce.
