Josh Eames is President of Development and oversees Presidium’s national multifamily development portfolio. Josh is responsible for the execution of development strategy across both active and pipeline projects and ensures projects are delivered efficiently by focusing on disciplined processes and cross-functional collaboration. Since joining the firm in 2021, Josh has led the development of more than 3,200 units, along with another 5,500 units in the company’s pipeline. Josh has over 16 years of industry experience and has led large-scale, complex developments across multiple markets. Prior to joining Presidium, Josh served as Director of Development at Toll Brothers Apartment Living. He is recognized for his ability to overcome challenges and drive innovation, which has shaped both Presidium’s growth and the broader commercial real estate landscape. Josh holds a master’s degree in construction management from Vanderbilt University.
