Josh graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Accounting and Finance and is theManaging Partner of Greco a Minneapolis, MN based full service real estate firm. Josh is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations for the firm and oversees the strategy and execution for all new development projects, acquisition opportunities, securing financing, and management of the construction and property management process for all new development projects. Over his 13-year tenure with Greco he has been involved in the development and management of over 3,500 apartments and 100,000 sf of commercial retail totaling over $750MM in aggregate value.
