Joe joined Monument in 2025 as the Chief Investment Officer. He brings extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, and executing at both property and fund levels. He joins Monument from Mast Capital where he led acquisition and asset management efforts for their multifamily portfolio. Prior to Mast, Joe led coverage across multiple markets for LEM Capital closing over $500 million of multifamily value-add assets. Joe started his career in infrastructure investment banking, executing public/private market debt solutions and derivative transactions for large governments, transportation, and higher education issuers.
