As Executive Vice President of Operations and Facilities for Cortland, Jonathan provides strategic direction, execution, and oversight for the firm’s community operations and facilities teams. He has extensive experience in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors, and throughout his career, he has managed office, retail, condominium, tax credit, and conventional multifamily assets, as well as served as a consultant in the student housing arena.

Jonathan held senior roles at Greystar, Lincoln, Boylan and Novare prior to joining Cortland. Over the course of his career, he has managed more than $3 billion of multifamily assets across the US, primarily in the South and Southeast regions.

Jonathan holds his CAM, CAPS, and CPM designations and is a licensed broker in North Carolina and Georgia. He earned his degree in business administration specializing in management from St. Leo University and is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
