As Senior Design Leader and Managing Partner at BKV Group, Jonathan brings over 22 years of national and international experience in market-rate, mixed-use, and co-living projects. He cultivates value through developing close working relationships with colleagues, clients, contractors, and consultants, providing a high level of personal involvement and investment in projects so they are successful and rewarding for everyone involved. Since helping launch the BKV Group’s newest office in Dallas, Texas and Hanoi, Vietnam, Jonathan has leveraged the opportunity to design and strengthen the community with each project he touches, creating them to be unique and innovative, while nimbly adapting to the environmental, contextual, and socio-political nuances each site represents. In currently working on projects all over the world – including but not limited to – Arizona, California, Florida, Minnesota, Texas, Utah, Canada, and Asia, Jonathan takes a holistic and long-term approach to his projects, constantly exploring how BKV Group can be a positive change for the community, and the people his buildings serve.
