Jonah Belkin is a Senior Vice President at AECOM Capital, based in New York, where he focuses on deal origination, structuring, and the execution of value-add and ground-up commercial real estate investments. Belkin joined AECOM Capital as a Director in early 2013. He was previously an associate at Goldman Sachs in the Global Real Estate Analytics team, where he evaluated and managed real estate transactions for the firm’s global real estate portfolio. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Belkin worked in the Global Real Assets group at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he was involved in acquisitions and asset management for several commingled real estate funds.

Belkin holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
