John is a retired police supervisor with an accomplished and exceptional reputation as an engaged, hands on real estate industry executive. Experienced in many facets of real estate, including: acquisitions, approvals, foundation to finish construction, leasing & sales, homeowner association, retail, commercial and residential property management. His 20 plus years of real estate experience provides him with a depth of knowledge that serves his clients well.

With deep Jersey City roots, John has been active in the community for decades. Serving as a member of the Historic Downtown Special Improvement District from 2005-2015 and President from 2007-20014, John is credited with starting the Groove on Grove, Grove St Farmers Market and his leadership was instrumental in the planning, approval and execution of the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza. In addition, John was an elected member of the Jersey City Board of Education and served as Vice President of the board in 2016.

John is a founding member and President of the Jersey City Apartment Association and an active member and legislative committee member of the NJ Apartment Association.

Above all John is a dedicated husband and father of three.
