John Millham has led our acquisitions and investment strategy for over 20 years. He’s acquired more than $3 billion in real estate in the past decade, helping us grow to a whopping 13,000 apartments and nearly 1 million square feet of commercial office and retail space. John earned his bachelor’s at the University of California, Berkeley, is a licensed real estate broker in California, on the board of the National Multifamily Housing Council and a member of the Urban Land Institute. When not hunting for real estate, he likes to fish instead.
