As a Development Manager at Coastal Ridge, John is responsible for finding new developments projects and guiding them through conception to completion. He manages each step in the development timeline including acquisition, planning, entitlements, financing, and construction. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, John served as the Southeast Director of Development for Gorman & Company, a Wisconsin-based multifamily affordable housing developer, focused on new construction projects in Florida and Georgia. John also worked as a Development Associate at Saturday Properties in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he analyzed and managed urban infill multifamily opportunities. He received his BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. John and his wife reside in Winter Park, Florida.
