A vice president of development with Related Development, LLC, The Related Group’s market-rate rental division, John Faulk is currently at the helm of the company’s expansion into the Southwestern United States. Currently focused on the Phoenix and Texas markets, Mr. Faulk is working to acquire and entitle land to develop over 1,500 units per year. Projects range from three-story garden style communities to mid-rise projects.

Prior to this role, Mr. Faulk served as executive vice president at the Finger Companies, where he led developments in Houston. He also held leadership positions at Camden Property Trust, Lincoln Property Company, ZOM, and other multifamily development companies.

Mr. Faulk graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and a minor in Economics. He is also a member of the Bay Harbour United Methodist Church and is actively involved in his children’s sports teams and after-school activities.
