Johanna Nowik is an Area Vice President for BH Management in the Southeast Region and oversees third party assets in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. Her portfolio consists of 25 properties to include 6,349 units. Johanna started her multifamily career 24 years ago as an editorial intern for a real estate magazine in Boston, MA. She has since experienced all aspects of the industry from commercial, retail, and residential management, development lease ups, condominium and zoning conversions, as well as sales and acquisitions. Johanna has worked previously for Gables Residential, Newman Properties, Aspen Square Management, and Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors. Johanna has a BS in Journalism from Boston University and in 2012 obtained her CAPS designation.
