Joel Sasser joined Stockbridge in 2017 and serves as a Vice President for the firm’s Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”) business. Sasser oversees asset management responsibilities for the firm’s multifamily communities with specific oversight on ground-up construction assets as well as deep value-add properties. He is responsible for assets across the Southeast and Mountain states markets.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Sasser served as an investment sales Director at Moran & Company, where he facilitated the disposition of multifamily assets totaling $435 million, as well as capital raising for two new multifamily construction projects totaling $110 million.

Sasser started his real estate career as a Development Director at The Worthing Companies, where he sourced, underwrote and managed various multifamily ground-up development projects in the South region of the United States.

Sasser received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sasser is a CCIM designee.
