Joe is Managing Director of Investments of Atlas. Joe’s responsibilities include sourcing and analyzing multifamily investment and development opportunities, asset management, and developing the company’s strategic vision and investment strategies. Joe holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Tufts University. While at Tufts, Joe was a four-year varsity soccer player.

Joe also received a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University where he served as President of the Student Association. Joe was formerly a Teacher’s Assistant for the Real Estate Finance & Investments class at NYU. Joe’s passion for real estate is also evident in his blogging. His blog, A Student of the Real Estate Game, has been recognized as one of the ‘Top 10 Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Blogs’.

Joe enjoys skiing, boating, golfing, cooking, and traveling. He lives in Westfield NJ with his wife, Lindsey, kids Evelyn and Jack, and dog, Macaroni.
