Joe Springsteen is the Senior Vice President for RKW Residential overseeing the Orlando and Tampa markets. Joe brings a comprehensive understanding of multifamily management with more than 17 years of industry experience, including operations and portfolio management roles on new construction lease ups and major renovation projects in the Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville and South Florida markets. Joe is responsible for the oversight and strategy of RKW’s market expansion and property operations with a focus on asset profitability for each client.

Prior to RKW, Joe served as Vice President for Pinnacle overseeing 17,000 units across the state of Florida. Prior to Pinnacle, Springsteen was with Cortland as Director of Operations with responsibility for over 7,000 units across Florida. Prior to his real estate career, Springsteen was a corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney for General Mills in Minneapolis and the Sutherland firm in Atlanta. Joe is a dynamic, high-energy multifamily property management executive with a proven track record of overseeing significant portfolio growth while improving profitability and owner satisfaction.
