Joseph Powers serves as vice president and regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office. He began his career with the firm as an associate, specializing in office, industrial and net-leased properties, and was promoted to senior associate in 2016. He transitioned into management as a sales manager in 2017 and was promoted to regional manager in 2019.

With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Joe is dedicated to fostering client success and agent growth. He is known for his strategic leadership and deep market knowledge, which have contributed to his office’s continued success in the region.

A graduate of Marquette University with a degree in commercial real estate and marketing, Joe enjoys Marquette basketball, playing golf and spending time with his wife and two young sons.
