Joe serves as the Executive Director of Property Management where he has global oversight and responsibility for Coastal Ridge’s Property Management division. He joined Coastal Ridge in 2018 as an Asset Manager, overseeing the financial performance of a sizable portfolio of conventional and student housing assets. Joe has led his teams to operational excellence while growing the size of the portfolio more than double during his tenure. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Joe worked in various site level, regional, and corporate roles for one of the largest student housing operators in the country, starting his career in property management while attending the University of Toledo. Joe and his family reside in Dublin, Ohio.
