Joe Holmes is the Executive Vice President for Development at R.H. Ledbetter Properties, LLC

Joe is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the firm’s development activities as well as establishing, maintaining, and enhancing positive relationships with key tenants, brokers, capital sources, vendors, and other stakeholders. He sources acquisitions of new assets, sets priorities for each asset with the development team and manages the financial activities related to those assets, including managing debt and equity sourcing, creating financial projections, managing acquisition and disposition activities along with occasionally advising the firm’s principals on a wide variety of financial matters.

Since joining the firm in 2008, Joe has been directly involved in over $400 million of development, redevelopment, capital, acquisition (including discounted loans) and disposition transactions consisting of approximately 2 million square feet of commercial uses throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, Indiana, and Virginia.

Prior to joining R.H. Ledbetter Properties, LLC, Joe worked at Marcus & Millichap, Inc. as an investment sales broker where he specialized in the disposition of commercial investment properties such as shopping centers and medical office buildings. He won the Atlanta office’s Rookie of the Year award, personally brokered the sale of 20 shopping centers and office parks containing over 560,000 square feet with a total value of $60,000,000.
