As the leader of Bohler’s New York Metro region, Joe oversees the firm’s Long Island and Manhattan offices. He has over 20 years of land development consulting and technical design experience for projects across the region’s commercial, institutional, and residential real estate sectors. Joe’s approach is focused on helping clients leverage change to their advantage and identifying opportunities that result in successful land development projects that grow their business and transform the community. He currently serves on the board of Kids for Kids Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
