Joanna Schwartz is Co-founder and CEO of Quartz Properties Management, LLC, a residential real estate development company focused exclusively on creating modular home communities.

Joanna is an award winning CEO, entrepreneur and advisor with over 20 years of experience in leading individuals, building teams and driving organizations to achieve exceptional results. She has particular expertise in modular residential development, commercial real estate (CRE) equity finance, small balance CRE lending, and CRE-tech innovation.

As Managing Director of Silver Hill Financial, a market leading small-balance commercial mortgage lender, Joanna led the firm from inception to over $1B in annual origination volume. Silver Hill was named among the ‘Best Places to Work’ by the South Florida Business Journal several years in a row and in 2005, Joanna was honored as the publication’s Business Woman of the Year.

Joanna is a nationally recognized thought leader in the private investing and real estate crowdfunding industries. She’s been featured on CNBC, a contributor to CNBC.com and Entrepreneur.com and a national speaker on real estate investing, capital formation, and entrepreneurship. Joanna is a two-time past chair of YPO Miami. She has a BA with honors from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
