Jim Fenwick, President of Property Management is responsible for all property operations of Hanover’s nationwide portfolio. Hanover Company has developed, constructed and managed more than 60,000 apartments in 18 states. Jim joined Hanover in 2014 and has been instrumental in establishing a service orientated organization, while delivering a world-class, customer-centric experience. Prior to joining Hanover, Jim served as President of Property management for Miller-Valentine Group, a privately held, vertically integrated real estate firm. Previously Jim was an Executive Vice President of Equity Residential Properties, with oversight their Northeast Region with more than $6 billion dollars in real estate, consisting of 154 properties totaling more than 50,000 units in 14 states and the District of Columbia. Jim began his career with Oakwood Worldwide in 1988 and ascended from an onsite position to Oakwood’s Vice President of East Coast Operations prior to joining EQR in 1997.
