As a Vice President of Multi-Family, Jessica Carter brings over 21 years of multi-family industry experience to the team. Jessica’s successful and progressive career brings a wide variety of industry knowledge and skills as she began her professional journey as a Leasing Consultant, quickly being promoted to managerial roles. This path led her to become the Director of Training for one of DFW’s fastest-growing companies.

Her passion for people development continued as she became a Regional Manager. During this time, she received numerous achievement awards and recognition for her portfolio’s performances in exceeding financial and operational goals, employee retention, and promotional growth rate by creating and utilizing on-site training programs. Jessica’s passion for improved communication and training and developing future leaders is the foundation of her commitment to excellence for client satisfaction.

Her extensive background with new acquisitions, lease-up, and valueadd communities all contributed to Jessica’s success with building and implementing company strategies while utilizing all levels throughout the organization and with a continued emphasis on aligning interdepartmental and company goals.

Jessica enjoys attending her teenage boy’s high school sporting events and is an avid NFL football fan. She also enjoys volunteering at her church and loves mentoring the next generation by being involved in the students’ ministry as a group leader for the high school girls.
