Mr. Herzog is the Division President – Northern California for Quarterra, Lennar’s wholly owned apartment subsidiary. He oversees a multidisciplinary team that develops apartments throughout Northern California and Nevada. Over his two-decade career he has executed 7,000+ units totaling $2 billion of pipeline. He serves on the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California at Berkeley, and is on the Board and past president of Lambda Alpha International, Golden Gate Chapter.
