Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jenny is responsible for developing, communicating and implementing a strategic human resources plan that aligns to Duke Realty’s long-term business strategy. This includes attracting and retaining the highest qualified candidates for open positions, structuring and administering competitive benefit packages and compensation systems, developing and administering a performance management system, providing training and development, managing employee relations and overseeing succession management.
Jenny oversees Duke Realty’s Wellness Council, Diversity & Inclusion Council and Community Partnership with the American Red Cross. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative and serves on NAREIT’s Diversity through Dividends advisory committee.
