Jennifer Steinberg is the Vice President of Development in Beacon Communities’ New York office. In this capacity, Jennifer manages pipeline growth and executes all aspects of development and financing for 3,500 units of active projects. Over the past decade, Jennifer has been responsible for managing multi-layered real estate development projects from inception and financing through design and construction completion.

Jennifer previously led development at the West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing. At WSFSSH, she oversaw the implementation of over 1,000 residential units of affordable and supportive housing, deploying complex capital structures incorporating federal and state tax credits, commercial loans, government bonds, and grants.

Jennifer is an NYC Women in Housing and Finance Board Member and a 2021 92NY Women inPower fellow. She holds a BA from Williams College and a MUP from NYU Wagner.
