As Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer is responsible for all financial activities, both company and portfolio wide. Jennifer is a CPA who’s experience includes a combination of public accounting, business management / process improvement consulting.

Jennifer served for 12 years as the CFO for another real estate investment and development company. She did her undergraduate education at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and then her MBA at Santa Clara University.
