Responsible for overseeing all aspects of legal operations and serving as principal legal advisor to management team for matters related to commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, leasing, divestments, joint ventures, ground leases), insurance, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Strategic advisor and decision maker on investment committee and management team.

Jennifer Castrillon is General Counsel and Senior Vice President for Skanska USA Commercial Development, a division of Skanska AB (Stockholm, Sweden). Skanska has self-financed a majority of its projects having developed innovative, customer-centric office and multifamily properties in greater Houston, Boston, Seattle, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. Jennifer oversees and executes all legal, ethics and compliance matters for the Company including support on every company transaction- from acquisitions and divestments to leasing and asset management- totaling more than 3.4 million square feet in the US development portfolio. She is also a member of the Company’s Investment Committee and Senior Management Team.

Jennifer previously served as a senior associate in private law practice advising owners, operators and developers on various commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, ground leases, and debt and equity financing.
