Jenifer Steig has over twenty years experience with a diverse background in real estate sales and marketing, market strategy, investment, appraisal, interior design and project management. Since joining The Cheshire Group in 1995, Ms. Steig has created and implemented marketing strategies for the portfolio. Ms. Steig supervises all of the sales and marketing activities of the Cheshire Group. This includes overseeing pre-development marketing and all creative work related to branding, re-positioning, managing brokers, coordinating renovations of inventory and negotiating purchase agreements and leases.
Ms. Steig holds a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She is President of the Achieve Foundation of South Orange and Maplewood, an educational foundation serving the public school district of these two New Jersey towns. She previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Jewish Community Housing Corp. of Metropolitan New Jersey, the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Township of Maplewood, and the Maplewood Village Alliance. She is a licensed real estate broker in New York and New Jersey.
