Jeffrey Yachmetz serves as Executive Vice President at Dilmon LLC. Jeffrey has over 20 years of direct real estate development, construction, design and project management experience. Jeffrey’s experience covers a broad variety of real estate development related disciplines ranging from pre-development site acquisitions to project execution, construction, and delivery and covers a variety of asset classes from major office-residential conversations to ground up new development. Jeffrey is an experienced real estate development executive with specific skills in engineering, architectural design, construction management and real estate finance.

Prior to joining Dilmon, Jeffrey spent time at Slate Property Group as Chief Operating Officer, Greystone Property Development, NorthStar Asset Management and Thor Equities where he was directly responsible for several high-profile real estate development projects in New York City and several major markets across the United States. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Science degree from Columbia University in New York City. Jeffrey continues to hold a license in Professional Engineering in the state of New Jersey.
